Make a triangle in #inkscape rounded or unrounded
Fill with Red Blank out Stroke make the Object a path so you can use the Node tool.
Add a few more Nodes Edit curves with the handles.
The Heart of the Left is A Bevel Filter and the one on the right two combined filters to create a wet into wet paint like effect though one is a bit extreme if you want a more fabric effect test the other Texture filters?
